Triviz Drive, approximately 414 feet northeast of the intersection with University Avenue; Parcel ID# R1903441.   The subject property preliminarily addressed as 2171 S. Triviz Drive is located within the University District-University Avenue Zone (UD-UAZ). Submitted by PSRBB Architects.
