The proposed subdivision encompasses 9.357 + acres, is zoned RE-M (Residential Estate Mobile), is located at 4821 Dunn Drive.
The subdivision proposes to replat one existing residential lot into three new residential lots; the lots vary in size from 0.067 to 0.098 + acres.
