The movements are done slowly and calmly. The emphasis is on relaxation, correct posture, and the efficient use of muscles. Studies have shown that Tai Chi can help lower blood pressure and improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. It teaches stress management and basic self-defense, and conflict management skills. The class will be learning Professor Cheng Man-Ching’s 37-posture Tai Chi Chuan form. The instructor, Steven Haydu, has over thirty years of experience practicing and teaching Tai Chi Chuan.

Gaspar Enriquez is a nationally recognized Chicano artist from El Paso, Texas, who uses an airbrush to create hyper-realistic portraits. His portraits show the humanity of the El Paso Chicano community and the tensions they face when living in a two-culture environment. Enriquez's Chicano heritage is a consistent thread that ties together his work, which reflects his life experiences, the urban environment, and the people of his hometown.

The movements are done slowly and calmly. The emphasis is on relaxation, correct posture, and the efficient use of muscles. Studies have shown that Tai Chi can help lower blood pressure and improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. It teaches stress management and basic self-defense, and conflict management skills. The class will be learning Professor Cheng Man-Ching’s 37-posture Tai Chi Chuan form. The instructor, Steven Haydu, has over thirty years of experience practicing and teaching Tai Chi Chuan.

Studies have shown that Tai Chi can help lower blood pressure and improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. It teaches stress management and basic self-defense, and conflict management skills. The movements are done slowly and calmly. The emphasis is on relaxation, correct posture, and the efficient use of muscles. Studies have shown that Tai Chi can help lower blood pressure and improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. It teaches stress management and basic self-defense, and conflict management skills. The class will be learning Professor Cheng Man-Ching’s 37-posture Tai Chi Chuan form. The instructor, Steven Haydu, has over thirty years of experience practicing and teaching Tai Chi Chuan.
