[ARCHIVED] 2022-2023 High Density Mineral Bond Road Closures

As part of the 2022-2023 High Density Mineral Bond Project, Andale Construction will begin street maintenance work on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022.
 
The street scheduled for maintenance will be closed for 24 hours after it is treated. Weather delays may halt the project schedule.
 
The following affected streets include: 

  • Calle De Sierra: From the end of the pavement to Sierra de Luna Place. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Camino Verde: From Vista de Sobre Drive to Sierra Luz Drive. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Concho Place: From Sierra Del Sol Avenue to the cul-de-sac. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • High Plains Place: From approximately 75 feet south of Thurmond Road to Monte Verde Place. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Luz Bonita Lane: From Vista de Sobre Drive to Sierra Luz Drive. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Monte Verde Place: From Sierra Bonita Avenue to Thurmond Road. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra Alta Place: From Sierra Del Sol Avenue to the cul-de-sac. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra Bella Place: From Calle De Sierra to Sierra Del Sol Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra De Luna Place: From Calle De Sierra to approximately 75 feet south of Thurmond Road. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra De Oro Place: From Sierra Bonita Avenue to Vista Belleza Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra Del Sol Avenue: From Sierra Bella Place to High Plains Place. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra Linda Court: From the cul-de-sac to Sierra Bonita Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra Luz Drive: From Vista De Sobre Drive to Sierra Bonita Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra Prado Court: From the cul-de-sac to Sierra Luz Drive. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Sierra Ventana Avenue: From Sierra De Oro Place to north Sonoma Ranch Boulevard. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Vista Belleza Avenue: From High Plains Place to the end of the pavement. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Vista de Oeste Place: From Sierra Bonita Avenue to Sierra Del Sol Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Vista de Sobre Drive: From Sierra Bonita Avenue to the end of the pavement. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Agua Azul Court: From Dos Vistas Avenue to the cul-de-sac. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Agua Caliente Drive: From Agua de Vida Drive to Dos Vistas Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Agua Clara Avenue: From Agua Ladoso to Dos Vistas Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Agua de Vida Drive: From Agua Ladoso to Dos Vistas Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Agua Duro Drive: From Agua Ladoso to Agua Clara Avenue. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Agua Ladosa Avenue: From Settlers Pass to Agua Duro Drive. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Allande Street: From Settlers Pass to Ascencion Circle. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Ascencion Circle: From Allande Street to Rinconada Blvd. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Calle Aero: From Rio Arriza Loop to Settlers Pass. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Calle Arriba: From the cul-de-sac to Rio Arriza Loop. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Dos Vistas Avenue: From Settlers Pass to approximately 300 feet east of Agua Clara. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Piedras Negras Drive: From the cul-de-sac to Ascencion Circle. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Rio Arriza Loop: From cul-de-sac to cul-de-sac. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Tres Piedras Way: From Piedras Negras Drive to Ascencion Circle. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Via Del Valle: From Rinconada Boulevard to the cul-de-sac. That work will be in City Council District 5.
  • Zacatecas Court: From the cul-de-sac to Ascencion Circle. That work will be in City Council District 5.

For the public’s convenience, Andale Construction crews will work only from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend work. Motorists who want to avoid possible delays are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
