[ARCHIVED] Public Meeting Change of Location for the Missouri Avenue Water Tank Rehabilitation

Las Cruces Utilities has changed the location of a public meeting regarding rehabilitation of the Missouri Avenue Water Tank and the associated temporary closure of Gus Vlachakis Park, at 2800 E. Missouri Ave.
 
 The public meeting will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, in Room 225 at Las Cruces Utilities, 680 N. Motel Boulevard. The Missouri Avenue Water Tank is in Gus Vlachakis Park, at the intersection of Missouri Avenue and south Telshor Boulevard. The park is behind Fire Station 4, 2802 E. Missouri Ave.
 
 The City will be rehabilitating the water tank and construction is expected to continue through March 2023. The park will be closed during construction.
