Join us at Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave., at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, to learn about setting healthy goals and strategies for achieving those goals.
Isabelle O. Dominguez, a Behavioral Health Therapist, will discuss how to make healthy New Year’s resolutions and productive goals that are easier to accomplish. This program will be in the Roadrunner Room, on the second floor, at Branigan Memorial Library.
