Intermittent westbound lane closures on Spruce Avenue, at the Walnut Street intersection, will be in effect Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023.
Highland Enterprises, under contract with the City of Las Cruces, will be working on the water system.
RoadRUNNER Transit routes will not be affected. Access to businesses and residences will be maintained.
