Kudos to Codes Enforcement Officer Ontiveros and Libby, the Keep Las Cruces Beautiful Mascot, for educating our youth on the importance of keeping our community clean! KLCB collaborates with Las Cruces Public Schools and the City of Las Cruces to bring Libby the Green Dog as an ambassador to educate youth in controlling litter, recycling, beautification, and reporting graffiti. Libby visits with classrooms in various schools to teach kids how to recycle and ways to prevent illegal dumping.
