[ARCHIVED] “Saturday Family Science – Food Chain” at the Museum of Nature & Science

Bring your curiosity to the Museum of Nature & Science, 411 N. Main St., from noon to 1 p.m. Oct. 5, 2019 for a hands-on investigation that involves the whole family at “Saturday Family Science – Food Chain.” Entry to the museum and program are free, and no registration is required.

No animal can live in isolation. Learn how plants and animals of the Chihuahuan Desert support each other by exploring food chains. Work together as a family to create a model of Chihuahuan Desert producers, consumers, and decomposers.

The Museum of Nature & Science is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Saturday. The museum is accessible through RoadRUNNER Transit Route 1, Stop 36. For information, visit the City’s Museum System website or call 575/522-3120.
