Celebrate the tradition of the spelling bee with Thomas Branigan Memorial Library!
The Scripps National Spelling Bee will be held in late May, but the library’s will be on May 4 and is open to the first 50 entrants aged 14 or older. Participants do not have to stand and spell the words, instead they will write their answers on a sheet of paper. Complete spelling bee rules are available at the library.
Participants must pre-register for this event, and registration is underway through May 3 or until all slots are filled.

Thomas Branigan Memorial Library hours are Monday thru Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 1-5 p.m. The library is located at 200 E. Picacho Avenue.
