The
southbound lane of Main Street, in front of the Rio Grande Theatre, will be
closed from 6 a.m. to approximately 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019.
Plans
are in action at this time for Renegade Construction to re-roof the East side
of the Rio Grande Theatre, 211 N. Main St. A crane will be used to lift
materials onto the theatre’s lower roof. The crane will lift roofing materials
at that time so as to have a minimal impact on the traffic flow for downtown.
There
is no other interference for traffic scheduled with this project.
