Fall Break Day Camp II

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department is offering a two day Out-of-School Time program during the Las Cruces Public School’s Fall Break, on Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 and Monday, Oct. 14, 2019. It will provide campers with physical fitness, social and emotional development opportunities, promote a positive use of leisure time, appreciation for the environment, and will promote independence.

Registration for the Fall Break Day Camp can be completed online at http://www.las-cruces.org/play, and click on Online Registration. Registration is also available during regular business hours at the following locations:

  • Parks & Recreation Administrative Office, 1501 E. Hadley Ave.,

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. Friday.

  • Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave.,

8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

  • Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center, 1401 E. Hadley Ave.,

6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday.

  • Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave.,

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

*Space is limited, first-come first-served*

The Fall Break Day Camp is for children from kindergarten through fifth grade and will be at Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave. Camp dates and hours are:

Friday, Oct. 11: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 14: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Lunch will be provided. The cost for the Fall Break Day Camp is $30 per participant.
