The City of Las Cruces and Doña Ana County Clerk Amanda López Askin will conduct a news conference regarding Ranked Choice Voting on the eve of the start of early/absentee voting in the 2019 regular local election.
The news conference will include a live demonstration of the tabulator and how to fill out a Ranked Choice Voting mock ballot.
