City Manager Stuart Ed presented Parks & Recreation Director Sonya Delgado with an award naming her a Certified Government Performance Manager awarded by the Performance Institute and thanked Sonya for her hard and diligent work that it takes to earn that honor. He recognized her hard work, and great leadership for all, is leading the department towards amazing things. Parks and Recreation is embracing the change and leading the way to be PEAK performers.
