[ARCHIVED] “Saturday Family Science – Scribble Bots” at the Museum of Nature & Science

Scribble Bots

Bring your curiosity for a hands-on investigation that involves the whole family at “Saturday Family Science – Scribble Bots,” presented by the Museum of Nature & Science, 411 N. Main St., from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019. Admission to the museum and the cost of the program are free, and no registration is required.

Technology helps us with many of our daily tasks with just the flip of a switch. Can you create a scribble bot that creates on its own? Families will work as a team to design a simple “robot” that uses markers and pencils to scribble independently.

The Museum of Nature & Science is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Saturday. The museum is accessible from RoadRUNNER Transit Route 1, Stop 36. For information, visit City’s Museum System website or call 575/522-3120.
