Branigan Book Club Discussions

Thomas Branigan Library

Las Cruces Public Libraries invites residents to join us for Branigan Book Club Book Discussions.

Branigan Book Club meets at 6:30 p.m. the fourth Tuesday of each month in the Roadrunner Room, on the second floor of Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave.

This group generally discusses books with a more serious and literary focus and reads fiction and nonfiction. In October we will be discussing the novel “The Five Wounds,” by Kirsten Valdez Quade.

In November we will be discussing the nonfiction book “The Heartbeat of Wounded Knee,” by David Treuer. In December we will be discussing “The Sleeper Agent,” by Ann Hagedorn.

We have a small collection of these books available each month for checkout by book club participants.

For information, contact Deanna Duffy, Librarian II, at (575) 528-4005 or by email at dduffy@lascruces.gov.

This document can be made available in alternate formats by calling (575) 528-4102 or (575) 528-4008 (TTY). Anyone who requires an accommodation for a disability to participate in this event should call Branigan Library at least 48 hours in advance at (575) 528-4102 or (575) 528-4008 (TTY).
