Las Cruces Utilities wants to hear from you!

Take the 2019 Customer Survey

The 2019 Las Cruces Utilities (LCU) Customer Survey will be conducted face-to-face at several locations around town, including Toucan Market and the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, this Saturday, October 26th. The brief 12-question survey helps inform LCU what our utility customers do and do not know about the four utilities provided to them – gas, water, wastewater and solid waste – by this City department. Once again, LCU will be supported by New Mexico State University’s (NMSU) Chi Epsilon, an honors group for civil engineering students, in conducting the annual face-to-face Customer Survey. You can also take the survey online right now, available in English and Spanish, by going to las-cruces.org/180/Utilities.
