[ARCHIVED] West Picacho Avenue to I-10 Nighttime Pavement Preservation

Lane Closure (1)

Dismuke Construction will begin a crack sealing project on Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019 on west Picacho Avenue to Interstate 10. Lane closures will be in effect on eastbound and westbound lanes of Picacho Avenue, with width restrictions in effect.

The road preservation project is under the jurisdiction of the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) and will impact traffic on Picacho Avenue from Chestnut Avenue to the U.S. 70 interchange at I-10.

Crews will be working from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Saturday. Construction is expected to be completed by Nov. 22, 2019. Motorists are asked to reduce speed, obey posted signs, and be cautious of crews and equipment in the area.

Traffic advisories and updates on this project will be posted on the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s road conditions website at http://nmroads.com/.
