[ARCHIVED] Free Monthly Movies at Branigan Library!

Love movies? Branigan Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave., will be showing free movies to the public every month, from recent blockbusters to classic favorites, there’s always something fun to watch at Branigan Library.

On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at 5 p.m., the library will show films rated PG-13 to R. Not all films will be suitable for children, please check with the Media Department for rating information.

On the 4th Saturday of each month, at 10:30 a.m., the library will show children’s movies, rated G-PG. These family-friendly movies are a perfect way to spend a Saturday morning!

Thomas Branigan Memorial Library will also be continuing its 4th Sunday movie showing in conjunction with Film Movement, a film program that showcases award-winning foreign and independent films, rated PG-R. 4th Sunday Movies are at 2 p.m. and may have subtitles.

All movie events will take place in the Roadrunner Room of the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library.

Save gas and avoid traffic! RoadRUNNER Transit can get you to the library. Branigan Library is located on Route #1, stop #2, City Hall/Library.

Thomas Branigan Memorial Library hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Labor Day through Memorial Day, 1-5 p.m.
