Due to software upgrades scheduled over the weekend for the City of Las Cruces’ municipal enterprise resource planning system (ERP), certain resident self-service options may be unavailable such as Ask Las Cruces or the Utilities online Bill Pay function. The Las Cruces Utilities East Mesa Customer Service Office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, April 12, to accommodate customers. The office is located at 5195 Bataan Memorial Drive.
The upgrade process will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, April 12 and continue through Sunday, April 14. The upgrade will disrupt service to the Ask Las Cruces 311 system that is available through both mobile apps and the City’s website through the weekend. Ask Las Cruces should be available again for use by Monday, April 15; however, that availability could be impacted on any issues that might be part of the overall system upgrade.
“Anyone who experiences problems with Ask the City beginning Monday, April 15 should call 541-2192 to report that the system still may be down and inaccessible,” said Jamey Rickman, Community Outreach Office manager. Anyone who needs assistance with the Utilities online Bill Pay system should call Utilities Customer Service at 541-2111.
