[ARCHIVED] Las Cruces Utilities Online Bill Pay will be Temporarily Unavailable

The Las Cruces Utilities online payment function will be temporarily unavailable to customers beginning at noon Friday, Nov. 8, and throughout the Veterans Day holiday weekend due to a scheduled system upgrade.

During the upgrade, customers may make their payments by telephone at 1-866-426-9757 and follow the payment prompts. Payments made on Friday Nov. 8, at City Hall and the East Mesa location, 5195 Bataan Memorial West, will post the next business day, Tuesday, Nov. 12. All other payment methods will be unaffected by the upgrade. The online payment function is anticipated to return by 8 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Utility services, including emergency services, will be unaffected during the upgrade and utility emergency dispatch will be available at 575/526-0500, or via 911.
