Because of their service in the military, Thomas Branigan
Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave., wants to make sure veterans know about the
Veterans Administration benefits they are entitled to. Whether they
served at home or abroad, whether they served 40 years ago or separated from the
military last week, there are services designed to help veterans with
health, family, career, housing, education, and financial
planning.
From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019 representatives from the El Paso Veteran’s
Administration and Workforce Connections will be at Branigan Memorial Library to share information to help connect
veterans to services they are eligible for. Staff members from the library
and the City’s Network Volunteer Center will also
be available to talk about services.
