The City of Las Cruces invites residents to participate at the East Mesa Public Recreational Complex (EMPRC) General Obligation (GO) Bond Project public meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019 at Doña Ana Community College Auditorium, 2800 Sonoma Ranch Boulevard.

Wilson & Company, Inc, the architecture firm contracted to this GO Bond project, will discuss the construction of a new sports complex including sports fields and courts with a concessions area, trails, playgrounds, parking area, and landscaping. The EMPRC is slated to be built northeast of the intersection of Sonoma Ranch Boulevard and Camino Coyote.

The GO Bond project was approved by voters in a special mail-ballot election conducted in July and August 2018.
