Once again, Catrina and her staff were absolutely awesome!! Marquita, Maxx and I can’t say enough good things about their dedication and willingness to help us through this critical upgrade.
Luisa, Catrina, and Lucy were in the office with us on Sunday and Monday; they were testing and troubleshooting with us and Tyler's support.
Tuesday (November 12) was a rough day for everyone but the entire cashiering staff had it under control. They had to manually write receipts for a large portion of the day until Tyler was able to resolve the majority of the performance issues. And then, they stayed until 7 pm that night to input the manual transactions into the system. They still have a bit of clean up to perform but they are on there way to smoother waters.
