As you know our new building will be turning six in the next few weeks. We have had difficulties and issues along the way and they’ve been taken care of by the contractor or Facilities. This last concern seemed to take an extraordinarily long time to be remedied.
About a month ago we put in another work order to get the air flowing properly on the second floor. Two officers were wearing jackets year-round and a third office was wearing short sleeves. Glenn has taken the task to new levels. He has not thrown up his hands even when there didn’t seem to be an answer. Today there was an outside repair team that was able to diagnose, and hopefully, have it solved for good. It is already much better than it has been.
I really want you to know the care and service Glenn provided and how grateful we are to have a “balanced” HVAC system!
