Applicant Requirements
• 19 Years of Age by Start Date of the Police Academy
• United States Citizen
• Sound Physical & Mental Condition
• Have not been Dishonorably Discharged from the United States Armed Forces
• No Felony Convictions (some misdemeanors will disqualify)
• No Misdemeanor Convictions in the Past 3 Years
• Drug Usage may Disqualify
• No Transportation of any Illegal Drug
• Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
• Must have Valid Driver’s License
