[ARCHIVED] Thomas Branigan Library Entrance/ADA Ramp Project Continues

As work continues at Thomas Branigan Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave., temporary Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) parking has been established and will be utilized from Feb. 17, 2020 through March 24, 2020.

The temporary ADA parking is centrally located in the parking lot near the Picacho Avenue entrance. The main northwest entrance to the building will continue to be under construction so improvements can be made to the ADA ramp.

For the public’s convenience, the library will remain open and will be accessible to the public for the duration of construction. Building accessibility with ADA accommodations will be provided at the main northwest entrance.

The contractor will be working from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Parking lot traffic flow in front of library’s northwest entrance will be restricted due to work zone conditions. For the public’s convenience, the traffic entrance from Picacho Avenue into the library’s parking lot, and the traffic entrance from Main Street into parking lot will remain open.

For information, call Thomas Branigan at 575/528-4000. The TTY number is 575/541-2182.
