Spruce Avenue, at the Mesquite Street intersection, will have intermittent lane closures as part of the 2019-2020 Manhole and Valve Adjustment project. The work will begin on Monday, Feb. 24, 2020, and will last approximately five working days.
Crews will work only from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday leaving evenings free of construction activity. The intermittent lane closures will not affect RoadRUNNER Transit routes.
Access to residences and surrounding businesses will be maintained by leaving the driveways accessible.
