In our continued efforts to limit large public gatherings and in response to a reduction in bus operators, the City of Las Cruces RoadRUNNER Transit and Dial-a-Ride will begin running on a reduced weekday service schedule starting, Monday March 23, and will further alter Saturday service hours beginning March 28. As of Monday, March 23, 2020, service will operate from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Dial-a-Ride will operate on the same schedule and customers are asked to contact Dial-a-Ride at 541-2777. The Mesilla Valley Intermodal Transportation Terminal will be open during these new reduced operation hours.
Mike Bartholomew, Transit Administrator stated, “RoadRUNNER Transit is committed to providing a dependable level of service to riders who have essential transportation needs and encourage people to travel only for essential services including doctor appointments, pharmacy visits, critical job access and grocery shopping”.
RoadRUNNER continues to urge riders to avoid unnecessary trips and avoid using public transit when you are sick.
