Consistent with and in support of the latest directive from Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and the New Department of Health, all sections of the City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department are now closed.
All services, which include medians, right of ways (ROW), alleys, parks, trails, restrooms and fountains are suspended until further notice. Recreation facilities, pools, and the administrative office are closed as well.
City-owned parks, which are technically closed, should not be used for large group gatherings. The Parks and Recreation Department asks that the public please practice social distancing and stay in groups of five or smaller.
