Las Cruces Utilities (LCU) customers who receive their bill via email will see a new return email address. Please be sure to update your trusted/safe contacts list to ensure your e-bill does not end up in your spam/junk mail folder.
“Starting with the March 2020 billing cycle, some e-bills were heading into customers’ spam folders,” said Jose Provencio, LCU deputy director Business Services. “Please check your spam folder. If you have any questions, contact LCU at Customer Central at 575-541-2111 or via email from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Las Cruces Utilities provides services to approximately 100,000 Las Cruces residents and businesses.
