In compliance with the State of New Mexico’s updated stay-at-home order, RoadRUNNER Transit will continue operating its service on a reduced schedule, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday – Saturday through April 30.
Dial-a-Ride, which provides accessible curb-to-curb service for persons with qualifying disabilities and for senior citizens age 60 and over, will operate on the same schedule and customers are asked to contact Dial-a-Ride at 541-2777.
RoadRUNNER Transit is committed to safe practices and are following all appropriate precautions to protect our staff, customers and the public. Transit buses are thoroughly cleaned each evening and disinfected several times throughout the day. In addition, fare-free services remain in effect through April to prevent infectious spread through cash and fare handling.
The Mesilla Valley Intermodal Transportation Terminal at 300 W. Lohman will be open during these reduced hours of operation. There is a limit of 5 customers in the lobby at a time and seating is no longer available in the building.
RoadRUNNER Transit reminds its riders that for the wellness of all our riders and the community, please stay home and only take the bus if you have an essential travel need. ESSENTIAL transportation needs include food and critical supplies, medical appointments, pharmacy trips, and travel to and from essential jobs. Families should designate one member to do essential travel, so that other family members can remain at home.
