The City Council acknowledged the need to support the community through local non-profit organizations and other essential service providers being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The following list represents some of the commitments Council has made from the Telshor Facility Fund to improve the lives of sick, indigent, and low-income residents of Las Cruces and support the health, safety, and well-being of Las Cruces residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Telshor Facility Fund is money the City receives for the lease of Memorial Medical Center that is jointly owned by the City and County.
