Interim Economic Development Director Griselda Martinez praised several City associates for their efforts to make a Selena tribute concert, at Plaza de Las Cruces on April 26, a success. The City associates include Rochelle Miller-Hernandez, Liz Vega, Mandy Guss, Francisco Pallares, Jamila Gilbert, Veronica Quezada, Sonia Banuelos, Cruz Ramos, Paul Dahlgren, and Sonya Delgado.
“The community enjoyed the tunes of Selena and I am sure many of them will have fond memories of that evening,” Martinez said. “…Thanks to all for a great team effort, including Parks & Recreation and other volunteers.”
