Carpet Installation is scheduled for Conference Room A (Las Cruces Room) located in the north wing, 2nd Floor, at City Hall (700 N. Main Street).
As part of the City’s commitment to improve customer service, safety, and keep its facilities in proper shape, Facilities Management is working with a local vendor to replace the carpet.
Work is expected to start at 8 a.m. on Thursday, June 18 and conclude by 5 p.m. the same day.
For the public’s safety, be aware the contractor will be using the East Wing hallways and Elevator C (East wing) to transport materials. Otherwise, work will be confined to the areas noted above.
Work will be scheduled to create the least inconvenience possible but may require minor adjustments to safely install the carpet.
