A map that shows the areas in the City where dogs, cats, and other animals are reported as strays is now available for public viewing on the City of Las Cruces website, at las-cruces.org. The map is read-only but shows the areas where dogs, cats, and other animals are reported as strays.

The map can be found online at https://las-cruces.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=342cd47fac9e43bea978ec55d845c7f7.

Another way to access the map is to the City of Las Cruces website home page. In the search box, in the upper right corner of the home page, type “stray map.”.

The map can be manipulated to show date ranges, or specifically dogs, cats, and other animals.

For information, call Ernest “Gino” Jimenez, Animal Control Supervisor, at 575/541-4100.
