The COVID-19 pandemic has created a number of challenges for cities all across New Mexico, the nation, and the world, but the City of Las Cruces is working hard to provide residents with information they can easily find and use to help them overcome the challenges and keep themselves safe from the disease.
The City would like to remind residents of these online COVID-19 resources that have been gathered and displayed on the City’s website. Visitors can use the las-cruces.org webpage and click on the "COVID-19 Alerts" button located on the top left of the page, or simply type covid19lascruces.com.
There you will find links to local COVID-19 updates and community alerts which include daily statewide and county tests results and other local and state government news related to the virus, updates from the New Mexico Department of Health and other facts about coronavirus. You can also find resources like behavioral health assistance, the Governor’s Public Orders and Las Cruces Emergency proclamations. Plus there are also links to the Las Cruces/ Dona Ana County Dashboard, and resources for families, businesses and workers, and seniors.
The City has also made available links to the New Mexico Environment Department’s rapid response data, the New Mexico Department of Health’s gating criteria or guidelines for reopening, an epidemiologic modeling update, testing locations statewide, testing pre-registration through the Department of Health and a link to anonymously report a violation of the public health order.
