I had a customer, Carla, call me today about a Green Grappler pickup on El Prado that had apparently been missed the day before and she called to inquire about it. Carla indicated that when she called, Rosa Montoya, Solid Waste Office Manager, was very professional and helpful and the driver returned to pick up her items. She also wanted to send thanks to the driver, Keenan Carrera, Solid Waste Heavy Equipment Operator, for returning so promptly and picking her items up within 15 minutes of her call. She appreciated the exceptional customer service.
