The City of Las Cruces Utilities (LCU) Payment Dropbox located in the parking lot between City Hall and Thomas Branigan Memorial Library is temporarily out of service. Beginning Monday, October 5, customers may make payments at the two cashiering stations located within the Customer Service area of City Hall (700 N. Main Street) to make utility payments during regular business hours.
The Customer Service area is located in the east wing of City Hall. Masks and social distancing will be enforced to assure COVID safe practices are maintained throughout City Hall.

Available 24 hours a day. Call our toll-free number at (866) 426-9757 to pay your utility bill by phone. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards Accepted. Available in English and Spanish. There is no service fee applied when paying by phone.
