[ARCHIVED] Utilities Payment Dropbox Out of Service - Alternate Payment Options Available

Las Cruces City Hall

The City of Las Cruces Utilities (LCU) Payment Dropbox, in the parking lot between City Hall and Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, is temporarily out of service. Beginning Monday, Oct. 5, customers may make payments at the two cashiering stations within the Customer Service area of City Hall, 700 N. Main Street, during the regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The Customer Service area is in the east wing of City Hall. Masks and social distancing will be enforced to assure COVID safe practices are maintained throughout City Hall.

Payments can still be made through: 

Pay by Phone 

Available 24 hours a day. Call our toll-free number at 866/426-9757 to pay your utility bill by phone. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards Accepted. Service is available in English and Spanish. There is no service fee applied when paying by phone.

Please have your account number and Customer ID available.

 (A service fee of $1 will be applied to the total payment amount)
