The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department’s Summer Recreation Program lottery draw has selected the individuals who registered for the program for the following locations:
- Camino Real Middle School
- Sierra Middle School
- Picacho Middle School
The deadline to secure a spot is Saturday, May 25, 2019. After this date, any available spots will be open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis starting at noon Sunday, May 26, 2019. Payment for Session I may be made at any of the four registration sites, during regular business hours or online at http://www.las-cruces.org/31/play. No telephone registrations or payments will be accepted.
Registration sites are:
- Parks and Recreation Administrative Office, 1501 E. Hadley Ave.
- Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 Bell St.
- Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center, 1401 E. Hadley Ave.
- Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave.
Session I of the Summer Recreation Program will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays from June 3 to June 28. The program is available to children in kindergarten through the fifth grade. Program cost is $200 a session per child. The program cost does not include field trip fees. Breakfast and lunch will be provided through the Summer Food Service Program, sponsored by FYI, Inc.
