UPDATE: Brisa Hernandez, the 15-year-old Las Cruces girl reported missing last week, has returned home and is said to be in good condition. The Las Cruces Police Department thanks those who disseminated information on this missing person case.


15-year-old Las Cruces Girl Reported Missing

Police are asking for the public’s help locating a 15-year-old Las Cruces girl who has not been seen since Thursday afternoon.

Brisa Hernandez was last seen about 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct, 8, at a friend’s home in the Del West neighborhood off Del Rey Boulevard. A doorbell camera at that home shows Hernandez wearing a light-color sleeveless shirt and dark-color shorts.

Hernandez is 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

 Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Brisa Hernandez is asked to immediately call 911 or Las Cruces police at (575) 526-0795.
