Beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2020, City utility customers will be unable to access the online payment function due to system upgrades. During the upgrade, customers may make their payments by telephone at 1-866-426-9757 and follow the payment prompts.
The online payment function is anticipated to be available again by 8 a.m. Monday, December 14, 2020. If the function continues to be affected by the upgrade on December 14, customers may still call the 866-426-9757 payment line or (575) 541-2111 to speak with a Customer Central representative. All other methods of payment are unaffected by the upgrade.
It is possible that these upgrades may also cause an extended delay in the Ask Las Cruces mobile app by a few days.
