The City Public Works Department is hosting a virtual public meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021 for its projects on McFie Avenue, the First Street Waterline, and the Village Plaza Utility replacement.
The reconstruction project is on McFie Avenue between First Street and north Valley Drive. This project includes new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, drive pads, street lighting, drainage, natural gas, sanitary sewer, and water.
The waterline replacement project is on First Street between west Hadley Avenue to almost west Picacho Avenue.
The utility replacement project is behind Village Plaza Shopping Center at the northwest corner of west Picacho Avenue and north Main Street and is included in the First Street waterline replacement project.
The meeting will provide the details of all three projects, anticipated timelines, and scope of work to be done.
