As of December 2018, the City’s Community Development Department completed the implementation of online building permits and business registrations.
City associates are available to help anyone with online business or building permit applications. Anyone with questions about the transition, or who needs help with an application, can call 575/528-3059. Community Development Department staff is available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Friday.

Business owners who need help navigating through the new online business registration process are invited to attend instructional workshops from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. every Monday in Room 1158 at City Hall, 700 N. Main St.
