Beginning at 1 a.m. Sunday, March 21, 2021, City Utilities customers will be unable to access the online payment function due to system upgrades. During the upgrade, customers may make their payments by telephone at 1-866-426-9757 and follow the payment prompts.
The online payment function is anticipated to be available again by 4 a.m. Sunday, March 21, 2021. If the function continues to be affected by the upgrade on March 21, customers may still call the 866-426-9757 payment line or 541-2111 to speak with a Customer Central representative. All other methods of payment are unaffected by the upgrade.
