Fir Avenue, between north Virginia Street and north Santa Fe Street, will be closed to traffic from Monday March 15, 2021 through Sunday March 23, 2021 for the Griggs-Walnut Ground Water Plume Superfund Site FLUTe Well Replacement Project.
The contractor, Yellow Jacket Drilling Services, a limited liability company, will be working on a monitoring well.
Driveway access to residences at 819 Fir Avenue and 821 Fir Avenue may be periodically restricted during the working hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Otherwise, driveway access to other residences on Fir Street will be maintained at all times.
This work is being completed in City Council District 3.
