The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) District One has begun bridge repairs on Crawford Boulevard, which provides access to the Las Cruces Innovation and Industrial Park and Las Cruces International Airport.
Kimo Constructors, Inc., the contractor for the project, will continue bridge repairs on Crawford Boulevard over Interstate 10, at milepost 132, for approximately two weeks. The bridge over I-10 is now closed at exit 132 for southbound traffic.
Northbound traffic, from Love’s Truckstop will need to utilize the detour in place on Robert Larson Boulevard to the Corralitos Exit 127, turning back onto North Frontage Road to access areas north of I-10. Traffic on I-10 can expect various daytime lane closures on both eastbound and westbound outside lanes as needed. The contractor’s hours of operation will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
The New Mexico Department of Transportation is committed to the safety of the traveling public and appreciates your cooperation during this work. For updated information visit: New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) at www.nmroads.com or call 511.
