[ARCHIVED] LCU Reminds Customers Phone Service is Available Until 6 p.m. Weekdays

Las Cruces Utilities (LCU) reminds its customers that telephone service is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Customers who have questions about their accounts, want to check on the status of their utility services, or to pay a bill can call LCU Customer Central at 575/541-2111 during those hours. The hours of phone service for LCU customers have remained  in effect for several years.

Customers should also be aware that LCU business offices at City Hall, 700 N. Main St., are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Business hours at LCU’s East Mesa Customer Services Center, 5195 Bataan Memorial West, Suite 2, are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

LCU customers who come to City Hall or the East Mesa Customer Services Center should observe COVID Safe practices, such as wearing a face mask and adhering to social distancing. Customers coming to City Hall should also be aware they will have their temperature checked at the entrance to the building.
