Beginning at 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, City Utilities customers will be unable to access the online payment and telephone payment functions due to a system upgrade.
These electronic payment functions, on-line and telephone, are anticipated to be available again by 8 a.m. Thursday April 15. If these functions continue to be affected by the upgrade on April 15, customers may call (575) 541-2111 to speak with a Customer Central representative. All other methods of payment are unaffected by the upgrade.
